Scottish artist David Shrigley created this billboard that is the third of a series of billboards that have been part of an exhibition titled High Line Billboard. This current billboard will be on view at the High Line from April 5 to May 7, 2012. The exhibition is made in part thanks to Edison Properties and Friends of the High Line.
