Inside FDR Post Office, there is a large oil painting by Max Ferguson that hangs at the entrance of an employees-only hall. The plaque that accompanies the painting next to a Maria Cohen sculpture lists the painting as having been created in 1987. No information was located about this painting elsewhere.
