Max Ferguson's Unidentified Oil Painting

Inside FDR Post Office, there is a large oil painting by Max Ferguson that hangs at the entrance of an employees-only hall. The plaque that accompanies the painting next to a Maria Cohen sculpture lists the painting as having been created in 1987. No information was located about this painting elsewhere. This painting was done in 1987 originallyfor the Canal Street Post Office. It was displayed in their lobby for two years. It wa then in storage for many years until re-hung in its current location. It is on extended loan to the Post Office. It is the largest painting I have ever done (circa 5 feet x 11 feet). oil on canvas
Thank you.
