Sculptor William Tarr created this sculpture with an unusual name that stands outside of 77 Water Street. The sculpture is composed of three block of aluminum panels with one of them being suspended from the ceiling of the plaza. The sculpture achieves this look due to it being compressed by a trash compactor.
