Artists Peter Johnson, Wes Willard, Nathan Jackson, Leo Jacobs, T. Jimmie and Carl Heinmiller carved this totem pole, which ironically was titled the same based on Lehman College Art Gallery's records. This totem pole was permanently installed in 1964 in the Bronx Zoo near the bears. It is not to be confused with the recent totem pole that was placed near the entrance of the zoo in 2002.
