Spanish artist Miquel Barcelo has this huge elephant sculpture at Union Square Triangle next to Union Square Park. The sculpture will be there from September 13, 2011 until May 29, 2012. The sculpture is installed there thanks to the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation and the Marlborough Gallery. More info: Miquel Barcelo's website
