American animal sculptor Frederick Roth created this sculpture that is permanently installed inside of Central Park Zoo. The sculpture is one of about three other sculptures Roth has installed in Central Park. Roth also served as the head sculptor of the NYC Department of Park and Recreation which makes possible many of the sculpture exhibitions we publish on this site.
