American Land/Earth art artist and large scale sculptor Michael Heizer created this sculpture which was commissioned by the IBM corporation. The sculpture remains installed permanently near the entrance to the atrium of the IBM Building. This sculpture also shares the same name with another Heizer creation which consisted of a large boulder that was displayed at the LACMA earlier this year.
