Legendary Chinese born American sculptor Mark di Suvero created this sculpture that was part of the Mark di Suvero at Governors Island Exhibit. The exhibit lasted from May 27 until September 25, 2011 and was made possible by the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation and Storm King Art Center. More info: Mark di Suvero's website
