Noah Shay of the Art Students League has created Wish, as sculpture that stand on a metal pipe in the middle of a closed section of the Hudson River in Riverside Park South. It is part of the exhibition Model to Monument (M2M): Creating Art for Public Spaces that lasts until May 2012.
