Fine Art color photographer Joel Sternfeld had, until this past month, a billboard next to the High Line displaying a photograph of an object in the middle of the tracks of the High Line. As can be seen from the photograph, the Empire State Building is present and it is also present in the billboard meaning that this was the same spot where the photograph was taken.
